How long does it take for my order to ship?
The time it takes for the product to be delivered depends largely on the customer's location. As a general estimate, delivery time is between 2 to 9 business days. Once you make your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to track your order and check its progress in real-time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link and tracking number. You can click on the link to view your shipment’s progress in real time. The tracking information updates as the order moves towards your address, allowing you to see its location and estimated delivery date.
Can I exchange an item if it’s not the right size?
At this time, we do not offer size exchanges, as each product is made to order. We recommend checking our size guide to ensure you select the correct size:

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as delivered, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at moodstwclothing@gmail.com.
If your return is approved, the processing time may take 5 to 10 business days once the product is recieved.
